Position: Pediatric Physician
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Greensboro Pediatricians, Greensboro NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday with equally shared phone call rotation (including Saturday morning clinic hours)
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, board‑certified/board‑eligible Pediatric Physician to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence.
- Conduct routine well-child exams, sick visits, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure high‑quality care.
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention.
- Participate in shared practice call rotation, including shared Saturday morning clinic, and contribute to equitable coverage for urgent or after-hours needs.
- Adhere to practice protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Completion of an accredited pediatric residency program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
- Active or eligible state medical license.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, family-centered care.
