Dr. Shilpa Gosrani will be joining Greensboro Pediatricians August 31, 2026. She received her medical degree from The University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Dr. Gosrani completed her pediatric residency at Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, SC. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Biology major from The University of South Carolina. She is a member of The American Academy of Pediatrics.

“Being a Pediatrician, I have learned that diagnosing and treating a patient at
times is straightforward. However, with complex matters, having knowledge of
family expectations, background and culture is very helpful . This knowledge
comes when one has the honor of knowing the family longterm. I am always
humbled and taken aback when my former patients bring their children to me!
Lastly, I Love teaching my patients about disease processes etc., but I
have also learned that my patients have a great deal to teach me on matters
outside of medicine as well!”

Outside of Work: Spending time with family, traveling, gardening, reading, and

working on projects around the house.

Bucket List: Revisit places we were born And left when we were children, which
include Tanzania, Kenya, and Zanzibar. Effectively train my dogs!
