I’ve seen a few different doctors here, and so far I’ve been happy each time. They never rush me, and are always encouraging me to ask questions. They seem sincerely good with kids, not like experiences I’ve had elsewhere where the doctors and staff put on fake customer service smiles. Dr. Tucker is my primary pediatrician, and I think she is fantastic.

The waiting area is large brightly colored and has a play area, usually with a movie on the TV. The waits for appointments is almost always appropriate and short. My only negative is that the waiting area is not separated by sick and well.

We’ve been taking our 2 children here since 2012 with both seeing Dr. Brian O’Kelley. He and his nurse Linda are amazing with the kids! We’ve had to see other doctors in the practice from time to time due to emergency illnesses and have had pleasant experiences with them as well. I’ve never had an issue with any of front desk / phone staff, so I’m not sure where all of the negative reviews are coming from? I’ve recommended Dr. O’Kelley to several of my friends over the years and they’ve also had nothing but positive things to say.

We’ve enjoyed and appreciated every doctor and nurse we’ve worked with (our regular provider as well as others that we’ve seen for sick visits) and the front desk staff are always courteous. We are glad our 2 boys can go to Greensboro Peds!

Our family has been with Greensboro Pediatricians for 3.5 years now and have had an amazing experience. The doctors, nurses and staff are always professional and caring. The practice makes scheduling appointments easy and my children always receive fast, top tier care. Dr. Miller and Dr. Thomas are both outstanding providers. I highly recommend this practice.

My husband and I absolutely love this facility. We have been going since our sweet Lily was born and now she is almost 2. Everyone here is always super friendly and nice. Dr. Twiselton is the best! She actually cares and makes us feel like family. We adore her and her guidance. We tell all of our friends who have little ones to go here if they are looking for people who actually care and excellence.
