Your baby needs to be seen in our office a few days after discharge from the hospital. During this visit he or she will be weighed, examined and feedings are discussed. Please call 336-299-3183 to schedule this appointment. During the first year of life, your baby will be seen frequently for checkups and immunizations.
New patients to the practice, please arrive a few minutes early to give us your insurance information and fill out some paperwork. Also bring medical records and immunizations from previous physician, and any forms you may need completed for daycare/school/sports.
