Dr. Carmen Thomas joined Greensboro Pediatricians in August, 2013. She comes to us with a medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and residency training at Duke University Hospitals. Her professional interests include patients with complex medical conditions and well-child care.
“When people ask me why I chose pediatrics, I always tell them it’s because children are always learning and growing,” says Dr. Thomas. “I love it that they are inquisitive and curious, and I want to be a part of their growing process.”
Dr. Thomas is married to her husband Melvin and has twin sons and a daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching movies and live theatre. She is also working towards a black belt in taekwondo.
